The claimant is the customer
Carriers pay the bills, but every decision is judged by what it does for the person waiting on the file. If a feature helps throughput and hurts a claimant, we don’t ship it.
Cite everything
Nothing leaves Owl, whether a model output or a teammate’s claim in a meeting, without a source. Span-grounded decoding is a product principle and a cultural one.
Ex-examiners in the room
Forty-one of us adjudicated claims for a living. Product is built with them, not at them. Domain truth beats a clever demo.
